MILDRED SHIPLEY HOWELL Funeral services for Mildred Shipley Howell, age 94 of Cookeville, will be held on Monday July 30, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Bro. Mark Loftis will officiate at the services. Graveside services will be held at a later date at Rose Hill Memorial Park in California.

The family will receive friends on Monday July 30, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. till time of the services. Mrs. Howell passed away on Friday July 27, 2012 at Life Care Center in Sparta.

She was born on January 11, 1918 in Putnam Co., TN to the late Milburn and Minnie Brown Shipley. She was an office worker with Douglas Aircraft.
