Funeral services for Marlin Ray Lafever, age 46 of Cookeville, will be held on Monday March 16, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home with burial in the Lafever Cemetery. Bro. Tom Hatch and Bro. David Eldridge will officiate at the services.
The family will receive friends on Sunday March 15, 2009 from 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. and on Monday March 16, 2009 from 10:00 A.M. till time of services.
Mr. Lafever passed away on Thursday March 12, 2009 at his residence.
He was born December 22, 1962 in New Port, RI. In his earlier years he worked as a restuarant manager at Waffle House, Captain D's and Domino's Pizza, and currently was self-employed with All American Gutter Co.
He was a member of the Samaria Church of Christ.
