Funeral services for Jacob Alan Nash, 20 of Baxter, will be conducted on Wednesday at 1:00PM at Washington Avenue Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Gaw officiating. Burial will follow at Nash Cemetery in Baxter. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2:00-9:00PM and Wednesday from 7:00AM until departure for the church at 11:30 at Whitson Funeral Home in Cookeville.
Jacob passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. Jacob Alan Nash was born on July 3, 1988 in Putnam County,TN to parents Terry Nash of Baxter and Debbie Cox Nash of Cookeville who survive. Jacob was a member of the Washington Avenue Baptist Church and was a student at Nashville State Community College. Jacob planned to attend Tennessee Tech University in the fall.
