Funeral services for Lillian D. Allen will be conducted on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 1:00PM from the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home with Bro. Clayton Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Burris Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Thursday from 6:00-9:00PM and Friday from 7:00AM until time of the service at 1:00PM.
Mrs. Allen passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at her residence. Lillian D. Allen was born on March 9, 1937 in Jackson County,TN to the late William Thomas Edison and Mary Flemming"Beulah" Bean. Lillian was a garment factory worker and of the Baptist faith.
