Funeral services for James Phillip Knight, age 49 of Baxter, will be held Friday September 25, 2009 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with burial in the Brown Cemetery. Bro. Paul Fox will officiate at the service.
The family will recieve friends from 5:00pm until 9:00pm on Thursday September 24th and from 7:00am until time of the service on Friday September 25th.
Mr. Knight passed away Wednesday morning September 23, 2009 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.
He was born on November 15, 1959 in Crossvilee, Tn. to the late James Bdford and Anne Sue Smallwood Knight.
He was a Self-Employed Carpenter.
Mr. Knight is survived by his wife Bobbie Jackson Knight, five sons, Chad Roberts, Johnny Lee, Tim Myrrl, Willy Jay and Dakota and Skyler McBroom, 3 daughters, Mary Helen, Sinie Ann and Tiffany Jill, two brothers, Albert and Zollie Knight, two sisters, Frances Watts and Charlotte Johnson, Sisters and Brother-inlaws, Donny and Rebecca Jackson, Gary and Linda Cass, Marty and Lee Jackson, Larry and Sherry Jackson, Gennie Jackson and Vikie Jackson. one grandson, Jeremy Roberts, and serveral nieces and nephews.
