Funeral services for Mattie Valentine Rasmussen, who passed away October 5, 2009 at Bethesda Healthcare, will be held Friday October 9, 2009 at the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home. Visitation for Miss. Rasmussen will be Thursday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm from the chapel of Whitson Funeral Home.
Mattie Valentine Rasmussen was born February 14, 1914 in Cumberland County, Tn. to the late John and Mary Bowen Lemons.
She is survived by a Son, Lynn and Kathaleen Hayes, a daughter, Carolyn Thomas. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, Karen Clayton, Cathy Flynt, Judy Phann, Jonie LaRosee, Laurie Grahm, Kendra Jared, Shawn Gibbons and Scott Thomas. |
