Funeral services for Fred Mahan Jr. will be conducted on Sunday November 8, 2009 at 3:00pm at the Chapel of the Baxter Funeral Home. Bro. Russell Flatt and Bro. Mickey Leftwich will officate. Burial will follow in the OddFellow Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am until 9:00pm and Sunday from 7:00am until time of services.
Mr. mahan passed away Friday November 6, 2009 at his residence in Baxter.
Fred Mahan Jr. was born August 22, 1940 in Putnam County to the late Fred and Grace Myers Mahan. Mr. Mahan was a Maintance worker for TRW.

Daughter: Patricia Mahan Leftwich
3 brothers: McArther Mahan, Kenneth Mahan and Roscoe Mahan
2 Sisters: Mattie Jean Shumaker and Sina Sue Pinkerton
