Funeral services for Carlton "Gene" Eugene Ashburn will be conducted on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11:00AM from the Chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Fox officiating. Burial will follow at Palmer Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00-8:00PM and Saturday after 7:00AM at Baxter Funeral Home.
Mr. Ashburn passed away on Thursday, November 26, 2009 at Masters Health Care Center. Carlton "Gene" Eugene Ashburn was born on September 10, 1929 in Putnam County,TN to the late Alvin and Winnie Jane Palmer Ashburn. He worked in construction and was of the Church of Christ faith.
