Funeral services for Horace G. "Bud" Waller Jr. will be Held Sunday at 2:00pm from the Chapel of Whitson Funeral Home with burial in the Cookeville City Cemetery. Pallbearers include; Ralph Waller, Dow Harris, Edward Harris, Ronnie Waller, Zeb Waller Jr. Doug Harris and Bill Fisher. The Honorary Pallbearers include Employees of Cal/Ameri Gas and Lazarus House Hospice. Bro. Al Gaspard, Bro. Tracy Gross and Bro. Berry boggs will officiate at the service. The Family will recieve friends Friday from 1:00pm until 9:00pm and Saturday from 7:00am until 9:00pm and Sunday after 7:00am.
Mr. Waller passed away Wednesday December 2, 2009 at his home in Cookeville.
Horace G. "Bud" Waller Jr. was born October 2, 1934 in Putnam County to the Late Horace G. and Velma Uhles Waller.
Mr. Waller was a District Manager of Cal/Ameri Gas for 37 years he was also a member of Wilhite Baptist Church.
Mr. Waller is survived by his three daughters; Rebecca Waller and husband Phillip of Cookeville, Tn., Lisa Massa and husband Jerry of Baxter Tn. and Darlene Gambrell and husband Bob of Colorado. 1 Brother; Zeb Harvey Waller of Cookeville Tn. two Special Brother in-laws; Douglas Harris and Carlos Dow Harris. A special sister in-law; Alene Parrigin. Three Sisters; Nathel Dean Hawkins, Luucille Hunter and Betty Harris and Husband Edward, Three Grand Children; Richard Fields and wife Vicky, Jonathan Uhles and Nicky Stevens. two great Grand Children; Ashton and Austin Wheeler. There are Several Niecies and Nephews that survive; Ronnie Waller, Zeb Waller Jr. Tommy Waller, Teresa Waller, Celia Tynan, Renee Smith, Ralph Waller, Bill FisherJ.L. Watts, Harvey Fisher Jr., Barabra Nabors, Sue Ragland and Evelyn Stout. A very special friend; Rellon Farris. the mother of his Children; Arlene Waller Strang.
