Funeral services for James (Jim) Alton Jackson, age 67 of Cookeville, will be held on Thursday December 24, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Baxter Funeral Home with burial in the Rodgers Cemetery. Bro. Paul Fox will officiate at the services.
The family will recieve friends on Tuesday December 22, 2009 from 5:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M., Wednesday December 23, 2009 from 7:00 A.M. till 9:00 P.M., and on Thursday December 24, 2009 from 7:00 A.M. till time of the services.
Mr. Jackson passed away on Sunday December 20, 2009 at the Vanderbilt University Center in Nashville.He was born February 11, 1942 in Jackson Co., TN to the late Roscoe and Lillian Jackson. He was a Truck Driver and Mechanic by trait and a member of the Bloomington Springs Church of Christ.
