Funeral services for Francis Maxwell will be Thursday at 11:00am from the Chapel of Baxter Funeral Home. Bro. Archie Whitefield will officiate at the service with burial in the Smellage Cemetery. The family will recieve friends on Wednesday from 5:00pm until 9:00pm and Thursday after 7:00am until time of services.
Francis Maxwell was born May 17, 1928 in Putnam County to the Late Joe Cordell and Dorothy Julian Carr. She passed away Sunday December 27, 2009 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by 2 sons, Phillip Ryan Maxwell of Silver Point and Rickie Joe Maxwell of Hazel Park Michigan. She is also survived by one grandson, Jake Simmons Maxwell of Troy, Michigan.
