Funeral services for Derek Thomas Hawkins, age 25 of Algood, will be held on Monday February 8, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Assembly of God Church in Cookeville. Bro. Bobby Davis will officiate at the services.
Mr. Hawkins passed away on February 5, 2010 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born on May 16, 1984 in Putnam Co., TN, and he was self-employed in woodworking.
He is survived by his father: James Thomas Hawkins - Cookeville, TN
