Mr. Charles Edward Brown, Jr. passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at Bethesda Health Care Center. Mr. Brown will be cremated and his ashes scattered in Virginia at a later date.
Charles Edward Brown, Jr. was born on March 19, 1921 in Portsmouth,VA to the late Charles Edward Brown, Sr. and Lilie Taylor Brown. Charles worked for the Portsmouth School System as a teacher and coach.
Charles is survived by his wife, Norma Ruth Brown of Cookeville. |
